1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Show Motion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Show Motion is a productivity and discipline-building app that:

  • Provides lock-in sessions (30-90 minutes)
  • Tracks your progress and statistics
  • Offers paid challenges with financial incentives
  • Maintains a global leaderboard

3. Lock-In Sessions

During a lock-in session:

  • You cannot exit the app without penalty
  • Quitting results in: -100 XP, streak reset, failed session count
  • If on a paid challenge, quitting results in challenge failure

WARNING: Quitting a paid challenge means you forfeit all money paid.

4. Access Plan (Free)

The Access Plan provides:

  • Unlimited lock-in sessions
  • Full app features
  • Leaderboard participation
  • No commitment, no payment required

5. Paid Challenges

REFUND CHALLENGE ($30):

  • Pay $30 upfront
  • Complete 60 sessions in 30 days (2 per day)
  • Success = Full $30 refund
  • Failure = Lose all $30

PROFIT CHALLENGE ($100):

  • Pay $100 upfront
  • Complete 90 sessions in 30 days (3 per day)
  • Success = $150 refund ($50 profit!)
  • Failure = Lose all $100

6. Challenge Rules

STRICT RULES - NO EXCEPTIONS:

  • Missing 1 day = Challenge failed
  • Quitting ANY session = Challenge failed
  • No refunds for failed challenges
  • No extensions or exceptions
  • Completion verified by our system

7. Refund Policy

For Paid Challenges:

  • Refunds ONLY issued upon successful completion
  • Processed within 7 business days of completion
  • Refunded to original payment method

No Refunds For:

  • Failed challenges
  • Changed mind after purchase
  • Technical issues on your device
  • Disputes after challenge has started

8. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

9. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to manipulate or hack the app
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse challenges
  • Use offensive usernames
  • Attempt fraud or payment disputes on completed challenges

Violation results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of challenges.

10. Disclaimer

Show Motion is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost data due to device issues
  • Inability to complete challenges
  • Any damages resulting from app use

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your active challenge. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
